Fun and Flirty Valentine’s Day Make Up Look!

Hello beautiful people!

Valentine’s Day is this weekend, and wether you’re celebrating with your sweetie, spending the night with your girlfriends or going on a first day, I have a look that will make you feel fabulous and wow whoever you’re with!

I wanted to create a look that was playful and flirty without being too glam, because then it can really suit any outing!
I went for a more natural eye look with some glitter and winged liner to add that flirty feel, with some really natural wispy lashes to play it up just a little bit more. I wanted my skin to be glowing and flushed, with a nice rosy matte lip which is transfer proof if you’re going to be doing any smooching this v-day!

For my complexion I used:
Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in the shade 010 porcelain
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly for my blemishes
Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer in Fair Neutral for under my eyes
Laura Mercier loose setting powder in translucent to set everything in place
Burberry Earthy Blush in No.7 to contour
Hourglass Ambient Bronzer in Bronze Light to bronze up my face
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in fetching to add a really pretty flush to my cheeks
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone to add that glow I was going for on the high points of my face

For my eyes I used:
L’Oreal Brow Stylist Definer in Brunette to fill in my brows
Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani palette for shadows – I used baby all over the lid, with anaheim and punk through the crease and lower lash line, then I pressed a bit of pop glitter all over the lid to add some sparkle
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper for my wings
CoverGirl Full Lash Bloom mascara for my top lashes
Clinique bottom lash mascara for the bottom lashes
I used some of the Tanya Burr Limited Edition false lashes that came in her advent calendar and unfortunately don’t have a name

Finally for lips I used the new Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip colour in the shade devotion which is a gorgeous dusty rose that just added the perfect pop of pink for this look!

I’m so happy with how this look turned out, and I’ll definitely be re-creating this on Sunday for whatever Carmen and I decide to do!

Let me know what you’re planning to do this v-day!
Until next time my loves,

Let’s talk about Mental Health

Hello beautiful people!
I debated long and hard about writing this post, but I think it’s about time I talk about this.
Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day, which is a beautiful campaign that Bell has created where they donate 5 cents to mental health initiatives for every text, tweet and Facebook post sent with the hashtag #BellLetsTalk.

This blog has always been a wonderful way for me to talk about my love of all things beauty, but today we’re going to go beyond the surface and take a deeper look.
I have Anxiety. I’ve struggled with it on and off my whole life, sometimes being able to manage it, and sometimes, especially lately, not so much.
Anxiety is different for everyone who struggles with it, which is why I think it’s so difficult for other people to empathize or understand, but the one thing I can tell you is that it is not something that can just be turned off.
“Just don’t worry” and “It’s all in your head” are not sentences that can be rationalized, no matter how much you wish they could be. It’s literally like being a slave to your own thoughts, and having no control over how you feel – and it is terrifying.
I recently hit a point where I could no longer do it by myself, my coping mechanisms had failed me and I became a prisoner to my own brain.
I have never felt so lost in my entire life, the hopelessness of feeling like who I was as a person was completely stripped away, and all that was left was some anxious mess I didn’t recognize was too much.
I didn’t want to turn to anyone for help because it’s not something that’s openly talked about, and I’d always been able to manage it on my own. I didn’t want anyone to tell me just to “get over it” or “stop thinking about it”, so I let it build and build, and had panic attack after panic attack until it broke me.
I finally asked for help. Asking for help was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life, but it’s also the proudest I’ve ever been of myself. There is no shame in asking for help! I had some incredible people who supported me through it – friends and family, which made it a little easier to be brave. When I was in a moment of being ashamed of myself for needing help my sister said to me “Do you feel ashamed when you get a cold? no. Because it’s not something you can help” Nothing will ever resonate with me the way that did – it was like a lightbulb went off and I found a courage in myself I thought I’d lost. There is nothing wrong with needing a little help in life, you just have to BE BRAVE!
I understand feeling completely alone, and I understand feeling like no one could possibly grasp what’s going on in your head, but you need to remember that you are not alone!
I’ve finally managed to put the pieces of myself back together, alone, and with the support of the people who love me, but I know that this is something the will continue to effect me. The difference is that I’ve also learned that my Anxiety does not define me, this is not who I am – it’s just a part of me that I need to work on by myself, and with help, and hopefully over time it wont be a part of me at all.
The stigma that surrounds all aspects of mental health makes it incredibly difficult to reach out and find the help that works for you, whether it’s seeking medication, talking to a therapist or even just talking to a friend. we need to end this stigma so that anyone with struggles can feel supported instead of criticized, we need to educate people to show compassion instead of judgement.
My journey has been tough, and continues to be tough, but I am lucky enough to have love and strength within the people in my life to begin coming out of it. Everyone should have that opportunity, everyone should be able to talk about their mental health whether or not they have struggles – but really, who are we kidding? we all have struggles. We just need to show kindness to one another instead of throwing out words like “crazy”.
Just remember, no matter what you’re walking through, or where you’re at in your journey, YOU ARE NOT ALONE and YOU ARE NOT CRAZY.
I am here for any of you that may want someone to talk to, I can’t guarantee that I’ll say the right things, but you’ll know you’re not alone, which is so important! Let’s end the stigma, and love one another.

Until next time my loves,

Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation Review

Hello beautiful people!
Happy Sunday! I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend.

I was paroozing my local drug store a couple of weeks ago, when I came across a Maybelline display with their new Dream Velvet Soft-matte hydrating foundation ($12.99CAD).
This really intrigued me because you normally don’t see matte and hydrating together on the same product, so I figured I’d better give it a whirl!

I picked up the shade 05 Warm Porcelain (which I believe is the palest one on the collection) and it’s a decent match for me, maybe slightly too dark but as long as I blend it down my neck you can’t tell. The range has a lot of different shades, so if you’re not super pale like me you should be able to find a good match!
This has a surprisingly thick formulation, so you only need a tiny amount for your whole face, and the coverage is a really nice medium to full which can be nice during the winter months while we’re all trying to finish eating our Christmas chocolates! (hopefully it’s not just me!)
Despite it’s thickness, it actually feels really light and fresh on the skin because it’s almost a whipped texture, which allows it to blend beautifully onto your face.
“Soft-Matte” is the perfect description of this foundation, it’s definitely not dewy or glowy at all, but it’s not completely cakey and matte either, it leaves your skin looking natural and healthy without drying it out at all.
The longevity of this stuff is really nice too, I’ve worn it for a full 7-8 hours before without having it break up or rub off, and only having to powder once. I did find that after a really long day (10+ hours) it started to break up in my t-zone a bit, which could be due to my combination skin.
All and all I’ve really been enjoying this baby! If you’ve been thinking of trying this, or you’re just looking for a new base, I would definitely suggest giving this a try!

Until next time my loves,

Top 15 of 2015

Hello beautiful people! and Happy New Year! I cannot believe it’s 2016, 2015 seemed to absolutely fly by!
I hope you all had a lovely and safe holiday season, full of delicious food and family fun!

I figured to start off the new year I would share my top 15 beauty products of 2015, these are all things I reached for over and over again last year, and I’ll definitely continue to love them throughout 2016. Although, I am quite excited to see all the new products that this year will have to offer!

Some of these are products I’ve already raved about here on my blog, so I’ll just give you the short version of why I love them, because otherwise this post will be incredibly long!

First up is a product I was pretty late to the party with – The Beauty Blender ($28.00 CAD) literally changed my whole beauty routine in 2015. This magical sponge blends foundation into your skin without allowing it to cake or bunch, it just applies your make up so flawlessly and naturally that it doesn’t look like you’re wearing anything! Foundations that didn’t sit well on my skin when I applied them with a brush went on like a dream with this little guy. If you haven’t tried this, you absolutely need to, it will change your life!

Choosing an eye shadow palette was really difficult, but when I went through my collection this Stila Eyes are the Window palette in Soul ($59.00 CAD) really stood out to me. This Palette is beautiful with a mix of mattes and gorgeous shimmers, with just the right mix of cool and warm tones. The formulation blends like butter and feels like velvet, they wear all day long, and you can create any kind of look you want! This palette would suit so many different skin tones and eye colours that I think it would be a welcome addition to anyones collection.

Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop ($46.00 CAD) was a highly talked about and popular product last year for very good reason. This is one of the most stunning highlighter’s I’ve ever used, but it’s definitely not for the person who wants a subtle shine to their cheekbones, because this baby is GLOWY. I like to use this on nights out, or when I want to feel really glam and sexy, but I also really like to use this as eye shadow! This is limited edition, so grab it if you can find it!

I absolutely love this Full Lash Bloom mascara by CoverGirl ($8.00CAD). I reached for this every single day in 2015, over any high end mascara in my collection! This mascara volumizes and separates my lashes beautifully without flaking or transferring at all! Pick this up in your local drug store and give it a try because it is amazing!

NUDESTIX lip + cheek pencil in Blush ($28.00CAD) has been my purse lipstick all year long. This is the perfect nude for everyday wear, it adds just the right amount of colour to your lips to compliment any make up look. The formulation is super long lasting, and incredibly smooth and creamy. I got this one as a birthday gift, but it’s definitely inspired me to want to try out more from this line!

The Living Proof PHD dry shampoo ($27.00 CAD full size) is literally the most incredible dry shampoo I’ve ever used. It actually cleans your hair and absorbs oil and odour, this can extend the life of your shampoo for an extra day or two. it doesn’t leave a film on your hair or scalp, and it doesn’t weigh down your hair at all. It’s a bit pricey, but to literally make my hair look freshly washed on the third day after I’ve shampooed is incredible. This is the small size which is $14.00 CAD, but I’ll definitely be picking up the full size.

The Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation ($45.00 CAD) is something you all know I absolutely love. This has incredible coverage, it’s got more of a natural/dewy finish than a matte one which I absolutely love. It lasts all day long, and doesn’t cling to dry patches or bunch up on the skin. It’s got quite a watery formulation, which means one pump will cover your whole face no problem, especially if you apply it with a beauty blender! If you’re looking for a new foundation, I would definitely recommend this guy!

This is a product that’s fairly new to me, but it still get’s added to my favourites because it’s that amazing! The Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder ($46.00 CAD) sets make up without looking cakey or dry. This blurs imperfections and gives your skin a really natural flawlessness! The only downside is that loose powders are very hard to travel with, and very easy to knock off one’s vanity (yes, I’m speaking from experience) so be careful with this stuff!

Again, this is a product I’ve gone on and on about, so I wont stay here too long. The Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer ($34.00 CAD) completely replaced my NARS radiant creamy concealer in terms of holy grails. This stuff doesn’t crease at all, it’s got a beautiful creamy consistency so it blends out flawlessly. I literally can’t say a single bad thing about this product! Go and try it – trust me.

This is something I don’t think I’ve mentioned on my blog before, and it’s the only skin care item in my 2015 favourites. This is the Saje Skin Fitness balancing toner for combination skin ($19.95 CAD), it’s a spray on toner made of a combination of natural essential oils, so you can imagine how incredible this smells. I use it morning and night, and have really noticed an improvement in the texture and look of my skin, it’s helped to soften and brighten while decreasing the amount of oiliness in my T-zone. I know Saje isn’t available everywhere, but if you’re curious to try out some really great natural skin care product’s, I would suggest taking a look at their website!

The Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow ($80.00 CAD) is definitely another holy grail product for me. This is a great duo for contour/highlight that I think would suit every skin tone. The contour shade is just muddy enough to add an incredible shadow under the cheekbones, and the light gold of the highlight shade just adds the most subtle and sexy glow to the cheeks. It’s definitely a luxury product – but if you’re looking to splurge I would definitely say this is worth the money.

The Maybelline Brow Drama tinted brow gel ($10.00 CAD) is definitely hit or miss for some people, but I really like it. I find it helps to keep my brows in place, and defines the sparser and blonder hairs that you normally wouldn’t be able to see. This product doesn’t dry down crusty, and it lasts all day! The applicator is a bit weird at first, but you get used to it the more you use it.

The Hourglass Ambient bronzer in the shade Luminous Bronze Light ($60.00 CAD) is the only bronzer I used in 2015. It’s the perfect shade to warm up the face without being to orange, and it has swirls of the regular ambient lighting powder in it which makes it look natural and pretty on the skin. Again, a bit of a pricier product, but for pale skin like mine it’s really hard to find a good bronzer, so this is worth the money to me!

The Kat Von D Everlasting liquid lipstick in Lolita ($24.00 CAD) was my go-to stay in place lipstick all fall/winter. It’s the perfect deep pinky-brown shade that just adds real vampiness and sexiness to a look without wearing a dark purple or red lipstick. These have the most incredible formulation that just doesn’t budge at all once it dries down, they don’t ball up or flake off, and they don’t dry out your lips which is a huge bonus. I love to wear this on evenings out when I know I’m going to be doing a lot of drinking/eating – but with this baby I don’t need to worry because it will still be there!

Last but not least is the NARS Audacious lipstick in the shade Anna ($39.00 CAD) This is another great lipstick for fall/winter because it’s a beautiful deep mauve shade which looks incredible with a really smoky eye. This formulation is creamy and smooth and definitely long lasting. Obviously not as long lasting as the Kat Von D one, but this is a good one to wear for a date night or night out with your girls. It’s incredibly moisturizing and feels really comfortable on the lips, I would definitely suggest picking one of these up!

That’s it for now my loves,
Sorry about my absence in December, but post’s should come more regularly now!
Until next time,

Urban Decay & Gwen Stefani Palette – Swatches and Review

Hello beautiful people!
I hope all you’ve all had a lovely couple of weeks, and I hope anyone who celebrated American Thanksgiving had lots of food and family fun!

Carmen and I got home from Florida a week ago, and are just trying to adjust to the cold weather here in Toronto! Unfortunately that means we also both ended up catching colds.
Our trip to Florida was so much fun! The weather was hot and lovely, and it only rained a couple of times. The wizarding world of Harry Potter is absolutely incredible, and Disney was just as amazing as I remember it from when I was younger.

Being slightly under the weather, I spent a lot of time this week cruising the internet for Christmas presents, but as we all do, (hopefully) I ended up buying myself a thing or two as well!
One of those things is the new Urban Decay Gwen Stefani limited edition eye shadow palette ($70CAD)

The packaging of this is absolutely stunning, super edgy and cute, which is exactly what I’d expect from Gwen Stefani. It it slightly pricier than say a Naked palette($64CAD), but you get 3 more shades in this, and the pan size is a lot larger than the Naked palettes.

This palette is honestly a dream, you get the incredible formulation of the Urban Decay eye shadows, with some sexy and fun colours that can only be associated with Gwen Stefani.
This has a lot of neutrals with a good mix of shimmers and mattes, but it also has the last row, which comes with some vibrant shades to play with as well.
I think this would be great for beginners or pros, and would make a really lovely Christmas gift if you have someone in your life you want to spoil, because you know they wouldn’t pick it up themselves. Or, you could just do what I did and buy it for yourself!

Onto the swatches!
First row, from left to right;
Blonde : is a nice shimmery cream colour that would be great as a highlight or all over the lid shade.
Bathwater: is a beautiful pale gold, that again, would be great for all over the lid or highlight.
Skimp: Is sort of more satin than shimmery, and more peach than anything, just a great shade for so many things.
Steady: is a gorgeous rose gold shade that would be great blended through the outter corner or really just all over the lid as well.
Punk: I was really excited when I saw this shade, because I don’t have anything like it in my collection. It’s a matte chocolate brown, but it almost has red undertones which I find really unique, and makes an incredible crease colour.

Second row, from left to right;
Baby: Is a gorgeous and super shimmery champagne shade that’s great for pretty much any eye colour, and compliments the shades in the rest of the row beautifully.
Anaheim: Is a really pale, matte, ashy brown that would be great in the crease or as a liner under the eye.
Stark: Is quite a cool toned brown and very pale, this would be great for a more matte sophisticated eye look, or even just used as a transition shade in the crease.
Zone: Another matte brown that again would be great blended through the crease to create depth for a nice smokey eye.
Serious: I like this shade because it looks matte but it’s actually a very fine satin finish, and it’s a lovely charcoal grey that could add some sexiness to any eye look.

Last row, from left to right;
This row is definitely the most fun!
Pop: Is a gorgeous, glittery pale peach that is honestly my favourite kind of shadow to wear all over the lid; because it’s just so feminine and gorgeous.
Harajuku: This shade is a really cute pale pink, with a bit of a frosty finish to it. I personally don’t like to wear pink eye shadow, but this could look beautiful on so many different skin tones. I think I’m going to try to use this one as a blush!
Danger: This shade is absolutely stunning, it’s such a deep and vibrant blue, I can’t wait to play around with this, especially with the holiday season upon us!
1987: This is another unique shade that I absolutely love! It’s a really rich gold, but it’s not super yellow, it just looks really pretty and fun.
Blackout: This palette wouldn’t have been complete without a matte black, and this shade has the most incredible pigmentation!

The formulation of these shadows has the exact same quality as the Naked palettes, super buttery and blendable without being dusty or having any fall out. The pigmentation carries a serious punch with these babies, it’s not patchy or stiff at all. These shadows last all day long as well, I honestly can’t say enough good things about this!

If you’ve been eyeing this, or know someone who would love it, I would 100% recommend getting it (and soon, because it’s limited edition).

That’s all for now my loves,
I’m still deciding whether or not to do Blogmas again this year, so keep your eyes open December 1st to see if it starts!

Until next time,

Little Holiday LUSH Haul

Hello beautiful people!
There are only 44 days until Christmas and I’m getting more excited every day! People in my neighbourhood have started putting up their lights, and all the stores and cafes have decorated for the holidays, and I just love it!
As I’m sure most of you know, LUSH brought out their Christmas collection a few weeks ago, and I promised myself I would wait until after Halloween to go in and purchase anything. Keeping my promise, I went in last week and picked up a few things, I wanted to go CRAZY because its just so festive, but I restrained and only bought 5 products.
I decided I wanted to pick things that were new, or that I’d never had before, but I’m sure once I use these 5 I’ll head back to LUSH to grab some of my Christmas favourites.

First I picked up the Stardust bath bomb ($5.25). This one doesn’t look very exciting, but the girl in the store assures me that once you pop this in the bath something magical happens, and honestly I just love stars so I wouldn’t have minded if it didn’t do anything fancy. This one smells like vanilla and a little bit floral as it has bergamot in it – I find the scent of this really soothing and relaxing, great for an evening bath when you just want to chill out.

Next I grabbed Cinders bath bomb ($4.95). Surprisingly enough I’ve never had this little guy, but I’ve heard great things about it! It has little popping candies in it which is so fun, and it smells warm and spicy which is a nice change from some of the sweet holiday scents. It has cinnamon and orange oils in it which create the perfect festive bath – It really reminds me of the smell of some holiday candles, which you could light while you have a bath with Cinders, and your bathroom will smell incredible and Christmasy!

The Experimenter bath bomb ($8.95) isn’t specifically Christmas, but it is new to LUSH. This massive bath bomb is made of all different colours and is meant to make your bath psychedelic and colourful. This baby also has popping candies in it to add to the experience, and it smells of vanilla and candies. It’s a very sweet smell, but also quite fresh. I’m very excited to give this one a whirl!

The Yog Nog bath bomb ($6.95) called my name because it smells like toffee, super sugary and warm, I absolutely couldn’t resist it. It’s embossed with cute little pictures of christmas trees and ornaments which add a nice little festive touch. I’m definitely going to pop this in the bath on a night where I want to cuddle up with some cookies and a cup of tea after my bath and watch a Christmas movie!

Last I had to grab the new Magic Of Christmas re-usable bubble bar ($9.95). This honestly does look magical, it’s all covered with gold glitter and held on a cinnamon stick! and the little red bow with the bell just adds the cutest christmasy touch! This smells similar to Cinders as it’s quite spicy with cinnamon and clove oils, but also very warm with almond oil. I’m going to use this one closer to Christmas so I can really get into the spirit, and I’ll definitely be using it on Christmas eve to pump myself up for the best day of the year!!!!

That’s it for now my loves,
I don’t think I’ll be posting next week, because Carmen and I are taking a little vacation and heading to Orlando to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Disney!
Until next time,

My Favourite Fall/Winter Face Masks!

Hello beautiful people!
I hope you all had a lovely and safe Halloween! I can’t believe we’re already in November, Christmas is next month!! 2015 is just flying by.

Speaking of November, it’s gotten quite cold here in Toronto, so I’ve had to adjust my skin care routine a little bit, and I find I’m definitely using a lot more face masks.
With the cold weather comes comfort food, sweet treats, sugary drinks, which are all delicious and festive – but I find my skin has a tendency to break out from all the treats, look duller and uneven because of the lack of vitamin D, and I also tend to use more full coverage products throughout fall/winter. Basically my skin has been a nightmare these passed couple of months, and I found that these 5 face masks have really helped me turn it around!

First is the GlamGlow Supermud Clearing Treatment ($76)
I’m pretty sure I’ve raved about this a million times, but it’s honestly a product I can say is 100% worth the hype and the money. I have combination skin, so I find that I get quite a lot of black heads and spots throughout my t-zone and this masks literally just pulls them all out and makes my skin look and feel amazing. This is a mud/charcoal mask that is meant to draw impurities from the skin while exfoliating and improving the texture of your skin. It applies this dark grey colour, and it has the famous GlamGlow tea leaves in it, but it dries down this bright white colour. Once it dries you can literally see all the pores it’s pulled toxins from, which sounds disgusting, but honestly makes me feel like the product is worth the money because you can literally see it working. It does tingle a little bit, and sometimes I find my skin purges for a couple of days, but all in all this mask has shrunk the look of my pores and reduced my breakouts a ton! I use this once or twice a week depending on the state of my skin, but if you have dry or normal skin you could use this only when you needed it. I know it’s expensive, but Christmas is coming and this could be a lovely present from Santa ;)!

Next is Origins Original Skin Retexturizing mask ($30)
This is also a clearing mask that is clay based, but this also has little exfoliating beads in it to help resurface your skin, making it feel soft and smooth. This mask is meant to deep clean while also restoring a nice skin texture and brightening your complexion, I like to use this when I don’t feel like my skin is bad enough to need the GlamGlow, but I just want a nice pick me up. It goes on a cute baby pink and dries down the same colour, as you wash it off you’re supposed to rub the beads into your skin for a deeper exfoliation. Honestly this mask leaves my skin feeling baby soft, and really does brighten up the look of my complexion. Foundation applies beautifully after I use this mask which is always a bonus. This one is definitely a more budget friendly option, and would be great for any skin type except maybe dry, as I did find a bit of tightness in my skin after using this, but a heavier moisturizer after use would probably remedy that. I would definitely recommend giving this a go if you have sensitive skin, or are new to face masks, or even if you’re not, it’s just a great product.

Sometimes my skin gets really sensitive and red and irritated from the cold weather, and using too many exfoliators (we’re all guilty of this right? it’s not just me… right?) So when my skin needs soothed and babied, I reach for the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask ($28)
This mask is so thick and luxurious, with little bits of oatmeal in it to help nourish and sooth your skin. My sister has dry and sensitive skin – she uses this all the time, and she absolutely loves it. It really does make your skin feel soft and nourished and really pampered. This is a good one to slather on while you’re in the bath or watching TV, it says to leave it on for 10 minutes but I’ve definitely gotten away with 15-20 before and it was fine. Again, the price point is great so if you’re just looking to pamper you’re skin I would suggest giving this a go.

Another luxurious and pampering product is the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask ($30)
This is another really thick and lovely mask, which smells absolutely divine. It smells a little bit citrusy and fresh, so amazing. The great part about this mask is that a little bit goes a long way, so you’re definitely getting your monies worth, and it’s really hydrating. Even though I have slightly oily skin, I like to use this once a week to give my skin a bit of a plump up and a nice drink. I wake up in the morning with softer and suppler skin because the product has been soaking into my skin all night. I even use this on my hands when they get super dry, I’ll leave it on for a TV show or something – wash my hands, and they feel so much softer. A good valued, multi-use product!

Last is the GlamGlow ThirstyMud Hydrating Treatment ($76)
This is one of the best hydrating masks I’ve ever used, and it smells like coconut heaven. This is literally a pina-colada in a jar. Again, it has all the fancy GlamGlow science behind it, but it’s packed full of HydraClay which traps and retains moisture in the skin. You can apply a thin layer and allow it to absorb for as long as you like, and then wipe off the excess, or you can apply it before bed and use it as an overnight mask. I like to use this when I’m flying, because there’s nothing worse than getting dry skin from pressurized and recycled air from a plane. I wore this when my mom and I went to Texas last year, which is a 3 and a half hour flight and my skin was amazing the whole trip, and since this applies relatively sheer, no one really notices you’re wearing a mask. If you haven’t tried this, I would give it a try, especially if you have dry skin!

That’s it for now my loves,
until next time,
